Conveyor impact bars feature a solid design that prevent belt damage at loading points. Which provides exceptional impact and abrasion resistance. High quality materials provides high belt support, prolong life and lower impact bed maintenance requirements.
DCCD®/HONGXIN®’S conveyor impact bar is a combination of three different layers. The top layer is made of UHMWPE ( UHMWPE has superior features of wear resistant ) for smooth movement of the belt. The middle is of rubber to cushion the impact load, the lower layer is made of aluminum, which acts as a fastening device with the main support frame or cradle.
