Ceramic pulley lagging(39% Ceramic Tiles Coverage - General Purpose) is especially suited for drums with slippage and excessive wear & tear problems which make normal rubber lagging ineffective.Ceramic lagging provides the solution when conventional rubber lagging fails to correct belt slippage and wear problem. The ceramic lagging is widely used on the head drums and also be used on bend or tail drums.
Significant unplanned downtime can the associated cost implications can be a result of conveyor belt slippage, insufficient water shedding, poor traction and inferior wear properties, those can be prevented with ceramic lagging.
