Application of DCCD ceramic lagging in cement conveying line

Due to the weight of the take-up pulley, the bend pulley of the conveyor line of the cement plant caused abnormal wear of the pulley rubber lagging.

DCCD® recommends DDLRS-D41 type ceramic lagging. DDLRS-D41 ceramic lagging adopts high-quality wear-resistant ceramics with a thickness of 8mm and wear resistance of ≤120mm4. At the same time, the wrapping bonding between ceramic tiles and rubber is continuously optimized, and high-viscosity rubber with tensile strength ≥17N/mm3 is used. To ensure the adhesion and strength of the ceramic tile and the rubber, so that it is not easy to fall off during operation.

The latest CN layer rubber technology is adopted, which is free of grinding and can produce a bonding strength of ≥19.1N/mm3 within 6 hours after curing, making the operation safer.
