DCCD® provides cleaners for Mongolian coal mines
The coal mine conveyor has a belt width of 1600mm, a belt speed ≤3m/s, a conveying capacity of 800 tons/hour, and a driving pulley diameter of 800mm.
The customer pointed out that the downtime at coal mine underground is short, and the installation of the cleaner and the replacement of the scraper need to be more convenient and time-efficient. At the same time, the water content of the underground coal mine conveyor line is relatively large, and a certain water removal effect is required.
DCCD® technicians customize a batch of cleaner scrapers for customers. The scrapers are integrated, and the replacement of the scrapers can be completed in 1 minute, reducing downtime.
The tensioner adopts torsion spring type, and the angle of the scraper can be adjusted without the aid of any tools.
In order to achieve a good water removal effect, the hardness of the polyurethane scraper is reduced to Shore 82A, which improves the contact area and adhesion between the scraper and the conveyor belt, thereby removing the water on the surface of the conveyor belt.
Cleaner bracket and tensioner adopt plastic spraying technology to reduce the corrosiveness of water and sulfur to metal.
We promise that the cleaner bracket and locking device have a service life of ≥5 years.
