Dust control system applied to powder conveying line
When the powder conveying line is running, a large amount of dust is generated, which affects production safety and employee health.
DCCD® has carried out a comprehensive transformation of the conveyor line with the aim of solving the problem of fugitive dust on site.
To control the dust on the head of the conveyor, a sealed house is installed to ensure that the dust is only in the airtight cabin. At the same time, the BC-4-3 brush cleaner is installed to prevent the bulk material and dust from overflowing during the return journey of the conveyor belt. The sidewall conveyor belt is thoroughly cleaned.
In all areas of the conveyor line, an airtight cabin is installed. In order to facilitate the observation of the operation of the conveyor line, the airtight cabin is made of a combination of aluminum alloy and transparent acrylic. The airtight cabin is provided with a detachable observation port, which is convenient for the replacement and maintenance of the idler and the deviation correcting device.
At the tail of the conveyor, an airtight cabin is added, and with powder-specific spill-proof skirts and dust curtains, the airtight cabin is fully sealed at the blanking point, which solves the problem of spillage and dust after the bulk material falls.
