SLP-A4 pulley slide rubber lagging is used in cement plant conveyor line
The transmission line of the thermal power plant is to carry out the lagging maintenance of 12 drums. The customer chooses the SLP-A4 slide rubber lagging of DCCD® for the maintenance.
SLP-A4 slide rubber lagging adopts high-viscosity rubber formula, and implements GB/T 988-1991 quality standard, the coverage rate of ceramic sheet is 39%, the ceramic abrasion is ≤120mm4, the thickness of ceramic sheet is 10mm, the rubber strength is ≥ 17MPA, and the adhesive tear strength ≥25.6MPA.
At the same time, the SLP-A4 pulley slide rubber lagging has carried out a wrapping design for the ceramic sheet. Under the wrapping of high viscosity rubber, the ceramic sheet is not easy to fall off.
The friction force of SLP-A4 pulley slide rubber lagging is 20% higher than that of other ceramic lagging, which solves the requirement of anti-slip of drive pulley.
