According to the GB/T9770-2013 standard, DTQS® steel wire conveyor belt special joint rubber tensile strength ≥18MPA, abrasion ≤100mm³, elongation ≥400%,
According to the GB/T17044 standard, the bonding strength between the cover layer and the core layer is ≥ 12N/mm, and the wire rope bonding strength is ≥ 103N/mm.
The length of the joint is 1150mm, the curing temperature is 150°C, and the curing time is 2120 seconds. The amount of cover glue is 23.8 kg, and the amount of core glue is 9.8 kg.
We promise that the service life of DTQS® vulcanized joints is synchronized with that of conveyor belts.
