DCCD® supplies conveyor belt joint material to Italy
Italian customers initially used German brand hot vulcanized joint materials. After testing, this ST2500 conveyor belt joint adopts DCCD® intermediate rubber,cover rubber and corresponding accessories.
Taking into account shipping and storage, DCCD® provides a 10-month shelf life for joint materials, ensuring that natural vulcanization does not occur.
At the same time, it provides customers with auxiliary materials, DCCD®1992 quick-drying joint cement, which adopts the same formula as DCCD® intermediate rubber,cover rubber, which can produce the best cross-linking reaction under hot vulcanization process and provide strong bonding strength. At the same time, it dries quickly and shortens the construction time.
After the customer's hot vulcanization, the Italian customer reported that the DCCD® joint material has no cracks and no bubbles, bright luster, and the hardness is the same as that of the conveyor belt.
