Rubber Lagging to Solve Conveyor Belt Slippage

There are many reasons for conveyor belt slippage, but it is too important that rubber layer on the surface of the pulley always provide friction.

Make the rubber softer, and the graininess of the rubber layer can be more obvious, thereby increasing the friction area and friction between the rubber layer and the conveyor belt.

The length of the bead groove, which is the same width as the pulley, is 40mm. When the equipment is running, the conveyor belt will contact firstly with the 90-degree angle of the rubber layer, and the friction force generated is much greater than that of the diamond groove.
