DCCD® belt cleaner wins customer approval again at South American copper mine
The DCCD®BCT-1-300 cleaner has once again been accepted by customers in South American copper mines, and 140 sets of this type of cleaner have been provided to customers.
BCT-1-300 type cleaner is suitable for pulleys with a diameter of 600-1000mm. It adopts top BAYER® polyurethane raw materials. Through continuous improvement of the polyurethane formula, the polyurethane cleaner blade can achieve a abrasion loss rate of ≤41mm³ and a service life of more than 5000 hours.
The resilience performance of ≥360% can also make the polyurethane blade fit more closely with the conveyor belt, and face the unevenness and hard material on the surface of the conveyor belt, resulting in a better cleaning effect.
