TD5C5 conveyor deviation roller corrector is used in conveyor line

The deviation of the return conveyor belt of the coal conveying line is ≥ 14cm. After the DCCD engineer explored the reason of the deviation at the site, he recommended the TD5C5 hydraulic corrector roller for the customer according to the deviation of the conveyor belt at 3.15 m/s, the belt width of 1200mm and the raised ground. 

The TD5C5 hydraulic corrector roller implements the quality standard of GB/T 990-1991. Compared with the ordinary rectifier, the rectification response is more sensitive and suitable for high-speed conveyor equipment. In order to improve the service life of the rectifier, the TD5C5 hydraulic corrector roller adopts SKF® bearings, which can provide a service life of 30,000 hours.

After using it, the deviation of the return conveyor belt recovered from ≥14cm to ≤4cm.
