DTQS® tear resistant conveyor belt for mines

For granite ore with a bulk material diameter of 15cm, the conveying capacity is 1,200 tons/hour, and the drop chute is 4.2 meters high. The customer pointed out that the previous conveyor belt was often damaged by ore, resulting in downtime for maintenance, and the new conveyor belt could have the function of anti-smashing.

DTQS® engineers added a tear-resistant mesh to the conveyor belt in accordance with the German DIN22131 standard, which is composed of steel cords and RFL-dipped nylon cords. The rubber strength of the conveyor belt is set as 18MPA, and the elongation rate is 400%.

These measures can effectively reduce the damage of the ore from the blanking trough to the conveyor belt.

Our goal is to increase the service life of our customers' conveyor belts by 60%.
